CDL-B Truck Driver for Mulch Blowing Operations
Mulch Solutions is currently looking to fill the role of a CDL-B Truck Driver for our operations in Concord, NC. We are in search of a dedicated and dependable local driver with a CDL-B license to become part of our team. This role involves the operation of a truck for the delivery and application of mulch, compost, and soils to our commercial clients within the vicinity. The ideal candidate should possess a stellar driving history and previous experience in truck driving. Effective communication skills and a customer-oriented approach are essential requirements for this position. The truck driver must strictly comply with safety protocols and demonstrate precise handling skills while on location. $20 - $25 hourly

• Safely operate a mulch blower truck to transport and install materials like mulch, compost, and soil.
• Utilize a variety of hand and power tools as needed.
• Lead a small team effectively during work assignments.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Demonstrate full mobility in both upper and lower body movements.
• Capable of lifting, pulling, and pushing materials and equipment, including weights up to 60 lbs.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations while on duty.

• A valid CDL-B Commercial Drivers License is required for this position.
• The ideal candidate should have at least three years of driving experience and a clean driving record.
• Two years of experience driving a manual transmission is necessary.
• Excellent communication skills with co-workers and customers are essential.
• Prior supervision skills would be beneficial.
• A valid Medical Card is a must.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Familiarity with Charlotte and surrounding areas, along with the ability to read a map or guide, is preferred.
• The candidate must be hard-working and self-motivated.
• Successful completion of all pre-employment screenings is necessary.
