We are looking for a Territory Manager to take us to the next level!
Summary/Objective
The Territory Manager is responsible for increasing sales by gaining new customers and by growing and maintaining existing customers in accordance with a predetermined, aggressive monthly sales budget, with set targets for sales dollars, margin dollars, and margin percentages.

While performing the duties of this position, he/she is frequently exposed to outside weather conditions while traveling to or visiting job site and contractors.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee may lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, and regular days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Additional days/hours may be warranted due to business needs.
Travel
While the Territory Manager is based out of the branch location, he/she will travel customers, job sites, and events daily. Must possess a valid drivers’ license and provide a reliable vehicle for travel.
Other Skills and Abilities
Must speak and read English. Bilingual in Spanish a plus!
Excellent mathematical, negotiating, and reasoning skills are necessary.
