We’re looking for a detail-oriented, entry-level Contract Attorney (Temp) to join our team who is excited about our passionate user base and is interested in joining a dedicated cross-functional team that engages with our customers and vendors.
As our Contract Attorney, your mission will be to support our Legal team in reviewing various contracts like NDAs, SaaS agreements, and Professional Services Agreements, in addition to reviewing and maintaining company records such as state/federal registrations and corporate governance documents. You’ll be a great fit for this role if you have basic knowledge of drafting and reviewing commercial contracts
This temporary position offers the possibility of transitioning to a full-time role based on performance and company needs.

In the US, the base salary for this role is between $40 and $48/hour , depending on skills and experience. We take a geo-neutral approach to compensation within the US, meaning that we pay based on job function and level, not location. For all other countries, we have competitive pay bands based on market standards.
