Job Overview:

The main purpose of this position is being the primary business lead for a system transformation supporting a major business unit of Mubea NA.

Duties and Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

• Lead the Business Unit Key Users in:
  • Master Data Cleansing and Ownership
  • Scope of test Data Migrations and Data Validation
  • Production Data Validation, including transactional data
  • Organizational Change Management – implementing change impacts
  • End-User documentation and training
  • Alignment of end users to standard SAP roles and authorizations
• Face off with SAP Regional Service Center
  • Ensure support team alignment to business processes
  • Work as a team through concept, realization, and go-live support
  • Primary responsibility for closing gaps and understanding impacts
• Work with Global Process Governance
  • Understand the SAP global template and related processes
  • Work with the team to document all gaps
  • Support any required change with business case / justification as required
• Project Management
  • Understanding of impacts of change within the manufacturing environment
  • Change Management / Communication of system and non-system changes
  • Knowledge of completion criteria and willingness to be a driver for completion
  • Documentation of Decisions, Risks, Issues, and ability to work through same

Qualifications

Required Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Management, Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience with demanding SAP implementation projects Several years’ experience with SAP systems
• Well-rounded SAP knowledge across manufacturing functions including PP, PM, MM, SD, QM, WMS, and LES.
• SAP FICO experience a plus.
• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Logistics Execution Systems (LES) desirable
• Experience with processes within the automotive supply industry or an equivalent sector of industry
• Self-starter who uses structured methods in collaboration with other team members
• Willingness to travel up to 20%, domestically and internationally
• Broad understanding of manufacturing processes
• Systematic thinking and high motivation
• Change enablement mentality
• Prior experience in program delivery
