The job duties for this position include:
-Working Closely With Service Manager to Handle Service Phone Calls & E-Mails
-Dispatching Service Technicians to Job Sites
-Scheduling Service & Maintenance for Clients
-Scheduling Job Site Start-up
-Assist Service Technicians with Preparing Paperwork
-Weekly Billings
-Quote Repairs & Maintenances

-Must Be Able to Stay Organized

We are a very busy construction company looking for someone that wants to develop their career. We are eager to grow our office staff and willing to teach. Construction office experience is not required but is a bonus! Clerical and dispatch experience preferred. Pay will be determined based on experience.
