At Mt. Olympus Water & Theme Park Resort, we're looking for a Hotel Group Sales Supervisor to oversee our hotel group sales operations. This role is crucial for securing and managing large bookings for sports teams, corporate groups, and big family gatherings.Job type: Full-time, non-exempt
Schedule: Can be flexible, weekends and holidays required.
*These hours may vary slightly based on hotel occupancy and department need.

Your Role:

• Craft and implement sales strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue from group bookings.
• Manage and mentor a team of sales agents, encouraging peak performance and professional development.
• Build lasting relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring all their accommodation needs are met with the highest level of service.

Your Skills:

• Proven track record in hotel or resort group sales.
• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, essential for crafting tailored offers and managing client expectations.
