Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Mettler Toledo is seeking to hire a Contract Administrator to work in our Columbus, Ohio location.
 As our Contract Administrator, you are responsible for:
  • Managing customer contracts and pricing agreements in a specific geographic region in the SAP business system, as well as entering new contracts and coordinating contract changes and renewal efforts with field service leaders. This includes pricing renewals, PM maintenance, equipment changes and various other tasks Interface with internal and external customers to provide information about contracts and pricing agreements
  • Establish new contracts in the SAP business system in accordance with new or revised commercial relationships. 
  • Establish preventative maintenance schedules in the SAP system in accordance with customers’ requirements. 
  • On a monthly basis, process pre-paid contract billings. 
  • Conduct ongoing sales and marketing initiatives; including the creation of sales and service leads. 
  • Research and analyze special projects as assigned.
What You Need to Succeed
  • An Associate's Degree preferably in business or communications with a minimum of two years of experience in customer service, accounting/finance or invoicing.
  • Experience in a field service or small business environment or similar industry experience a plus.
  • SAP knowledge and experience working in the business system is preferred.
  • Skills in M/S Office skills including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent follow-through, ability to meet deadlines, decision making and multi-tasking skills, and excellent communication skills.
