Job Summary
Working as part of the Food and Beverage team, you will assist in ensuring that the product, service and facility cleanliness are of the highest quality while delivering the best possible Guest and Employee Experience.
Essential Job Functions
· To continually strive to exceed our Guest’s expectations.
· Handle all Guest concerns in a professional and timely manner.
· Ensure facility cleanliness standards are consistently maintained both within the restaurant facility and the building’s interior to Health Department Standards.
· Adhere to ALL safety and sanitation procedures.
· Responsible for other duties assigned by unit manager and /or supervisor.
· Assist bar staff as requested by clearing tables, restocking, and running food.
· Remove dishes from dining area and bring to dish pit.
· Follow all posted guidelines regarding opening and closing procedures.
· Remove garbage and recycling; keep garbage area clean.
· Keep condiment area clean and well stocked
· Keep guest areas cleared and clean. Bus tables when walking through the dining room.
· Complete opening/closing sheets when applicable.
· Assist with other tasks as requested.
· Run food to tables and complete the service.
· Buss tables and keep area immaculate.
· Back up bartender with any help needed
Secondary Job Functions
· Work as a TEAM PLAYER in a TEAM atmosphere.
· Help out in other departments as needed.
· Separate garbage and recyclables into appropriate bins.
· Other duties as assigned.

· Look out for all Skibowl/H-Management/Mt Hood Management property and assets.
· Address any issues as it occurs or inform the appropriate dept manager.

Requirements
· A great attitude and exceptional personal grooming standards.
· Exceptional communication skills, guest service and TEAM building abilities.
· Must be organized
· Must be a TEAM player.
· Must be at least 18 years old.
· Must be able to stand entire shift.
· Must be able to work Holidays and Weekends, which may include evenings.
· Food Handlers and OLCC Permit required before starting work with Ski Bowl
