Essential Job Functions
- Work with hand tools I.E hammer,saws,tape measures, drills....
- Transporting trail building material up and down hills
- Work flexible hours due to fire level changes
- Design and construct trail features
- Work as a TEAM PLAYER in a TEAM atmosphere.
- Help out in other departments as needed.
- Separate garbage and recyclables into appropriate bins.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Smiling
- Look out for all Skibowl/H-Management/Mt Hood Management property and assets.
- Address any issues as it occurs or inform the appropriate Patrol Director.
- Assist customers.
- Able to facilitate and satisfy displeased guests.
Requirements
- Must be able to work outdoors and in inclimite weather.
- Must be able to deal with high volumes of people in a friendly, courteous manner.
- Able to read and write English.
- Able to work well with others in a TEAM environment.
- Must be willing to adhere to the appearance code of the department.
- Must be reliable.
- Must be about to work Holidays and Weekends.
- Must be able to stand entire shift.
- Must be able to lift at least 80lbs repeatedly
- Can work with limited supervisory
- Must be able to reason and react with quick, thoughtful judgments, while remaining calm under pressure.
