Join our fun and dynamic team amidst the beauty of Mt. Hood! Currently, we're seeking a proactive Sales Manager who will play a hands-on role in leading our sales team. This individual will be actively engaged in every aspect of the process, from dynamic client prospecting to maintaining existing relationships and ensuring exceptional guest services at Mt. Hood Meadows and Cooper Spur Mountain Resort. Collaboration with internal event teams and external vendors will be a key part of this role to ensure memorable guest experiences. Additionally, the Sales Manager will oversee recruitment, training, and goal alignment for their team, personally guiding them through the entire sales cycle to deliver seamless client interactions.Additional duties includeActively takes initiative attending shows and meetings relevant to business developmentWorking closely with the marketing team to develop sales strategiesServe on pricing committeeDevelop sales training and documentation. (lead development, cold calling, presentations.)Tracking commissions of qualified salesMeet and exceed budget expectationsThis is a wonderful opportunity to be involved a talented team of experts passionate about coordinating events on the mountain.
