As a Scheduling Assistant you'll be the backbone of our business, managing multiple tasks at once and keeping us all on track. You'll need to be an expert in time management, teamwork, attention to detail, project management, and have a passion for diversity and inclusion all while keeping your cool under pressure. You will be a key member of our team, responsible for keeping our schedule on track, our clients happy, and our business running like a well-oiled machine.

  • Spectacular written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Multitasking and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to adapt to meet the needs of a small business, we wear a lot of hats

  • Taking charge of your area of expertise, while operating within company guidelines and procedures
  • Giving clear and direct feedback in a productive manner

  • Providing excellent customer service to team member, providers, and customers
  • Strong ability to negotiate tough conversations (ie: payment collection) while also maintaining positive relations between all parties

Some of the things you’ll do

  • Schedule services for all customers, for all providers, for all service categories
  • Administrative tasks in order to scheduler providers (ie: recruiting paperwork)
  • Assist or manage company social media/marketing
  • Software Administration
  • Assisting in invoice/payments administration
  • Generate reports and SOP's/Spec Sheets in excel and word
  • Projects are being completed in line with company objectives
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Must be able to want to start and grow long term with our team
  • Must have the ability to work remotely successfully with little to no supervision
  • Must have a growth mentality and sense of humor

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
