Role and Responsibilities

The essential roles and responsibilities are outlined below:

• Direct others on work activities and organize scheduling of resources.
• Read complex blue prints and equipment packaging lists for assembly.
• Solve complex job related problems or bring solutions to the project manager and/or director of operations.
• Liaison with client representatives.
• Attend all project meetings.
• Perform safety talks and keep check-in sheets.
• Maintain tool inspection reports.
• Submit employees’ (permanent and temporary) time to the office.
• Perform performance reviews for employees on the project.
• Other such duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Company from time to time.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of five years of supervisory construction management experience in the HVAC Industry
• Strong leadership skills; ability to manage and train assigned staff and to lead multiple teams simultaneously
• Extensive knowledge of scheduling, cost control and safety procedures
