MSP4 LLC is Hiring an IT Support Technician Near Doral, FL
MSP4 is looking for a highly motivated and experienced IT Support Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding technical support to our customers, resolving their IT issues quickly and efficiently. You will also be responsible for maintaining IT infrastructure and ensuring that systems are running smoothly..
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of IT issues, including hardware, software, and network problems
- Maintain and update our IT infrastructure
- Work with other members of the IT team to ensure that our systems are running smoothly
- Stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends and technologies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred
- 2 years of experience in a help desk or IT support role
- Strong technical skills, including troubleshooting, problem solving, and analytical thinking
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer-oriented and patient
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure

Experience: One (1) years experience required. Two plus (2 ) years experience preferred.
Certifications: A , N , Sec , CCNA, Azure AZ-900, Windows Operating System Fundamentals, ITIL Foundation preferred.
Hours: Full-time.
Site: Onsite at MSP4 offices, client sites, or data centers in appropriate business attire required.
Transportation: Personal vehicle required; mileage reimbursed.
Compensation: Starting at $42k per year.
