**Job Description:**As a Janitor Associate at MSNW, you will work as part of a team to achieve daily goals.

Primary responsibilities include:

* Cleaning different areas throughout the facility

* Sweep, mop, and wax floors

* Wipe down machines, walls, and furniture

* Sanitize bathrooms, clear clogs, and restock

* Pick up trash and debris in parking lots

* Assist in maintenance tasks as needed

* Other related duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:

* Prioritization and time management skills

* Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance

* Operate and use a variety of cleaning equipment, supplies, and materials in a safe and effective manner

* Work quickly without compromising quality

* Able to read and write to understand standard operating procedures

* Regularly required to perform carrying, grasping, lifting, walking, standing, some bending/crouching, stooping, stretching, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions

* Must be able to stand for extended periods of time while maintaining focus

* Ability to walk on uneven terrain, climb stairs

* Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry

* Ability to show up on time for work every day ready to work

* Must be at least 18 years of age

* Reliable transportation is a must

The pay rate and schedule for Janitor Associate is **$18.00 per hour**.

**Mon - Wed - Fri 1.5 hours per day,** **Approx. 5 hours a week...**
