This is a physically challenging job, we have multiple units with various levels, there will be times that you will have to get refrigerators to a fourth-floor unit. This is a fast-moving job, you will get tenant calls with necessary repairs, some will be emergency situations some will be maintenance situations. You must be a self-starter and aware of your surroundings, If there’s trash around a building, you must realize it needs picked up without owners telling you it needs done. Time management is key. 

Must pass a background check and a drug screening before you are hired. You will enter tenants apartments therefore regular drug screen will occur. Must have prior experience in the rental property field.
