The Kucich Company is looking for Construction Maintenance Worker/Handyman Personnel.

Pay will depend on your experience, each new hire is on a 60-day temporary hire to see if you have the necessary skills to perform the job tasks proficiently and independently.

This is a physically challenging job, we have multiple units with various levels, and there will be times when you will have to get refrigerators to a fourth-floor unit. This is a fast-moving job, you will get tenant calls with necessary repairs, some will be emergency situations, and some will be maintenance situations. You must be a self-starter and aware of your surroundings, i.e., if there is trash around a building, you must realize it needs to be picked up without owners telling you it needs to be done. Time management is key.

Must pass a background check and drug screening before you are hired. You will enter tenants’ apartments, therefore regular drug screens will occur.

Job Type: Full-time.
Salary: $16.00 - $25 per hour.

Schedule: 8-hour shift.

Experience: Current Handyman/Facilities maintenance: 5 years required.

License/Certification: Driver’s License Required.

Work Location: McKeesport, PA - In Person.
