ROLE PURPOSE/ POSITION SUMMARY
The role of the System Support Specialist is to ensure product integrity and data integrity are preserved through proactive involvement in all IT systems. Support plant and office personnel on IT Systems for Quality, Production, Engineering, Inventory, and Logistics. Work with company employees to support computer systems and provide training with regard to IT systems. Identify and help to implement improvements. Function as an information source to various departments to continuously improve IT system efficiencies. Support the IT team on special department projects as required.

QUALIFICATIONS/ CAPABILITY PROFILE
Minimum EducationHigh School diploma or equivalent requiredBachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field desired
Minimum Experience 1-3 years’ experience with computers, software, hardware and IT support.Experience with administration of ERP/MRP systems
