Previous Food Service experience preferred.
Previous experience working with children preferred, but not required.

PURPOSE: To assist the Child Nutrition Manager in supervising Child Nutrition employees and ensure appropriate quantity and quality of food is served to students and staff.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Follow all performance responsibilities of a Child Nutrition Employee.
2. Performs the duties of Child Nutrition Manager in Manager’s absence.
3. Supervises and participates in the preparation and serving of meals to students and staff. 4. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
5. Encourages meal participation by implementing merchandising and promotional techniques for meal programs and special promotions.
6. Be flexible as duties and tasks may change based on the needs of the kitchen.
