Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in managing personal injury cases.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage a caseload of personal injury cases
- Open claims with insurance companies
- Communicate with clients, insurance companies, medical providers, and attorneys to gather necessary information and documentation
- Coordinate medical treatment and appointments for clients, ensuring they receive appropriate care and follow-up
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files in our case management system
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Candidate must have at least two (2) year experience with personal injury cases
2. Bilingual Spanish speaker is required
3. Organized, professional, and able to adequately multitask.
4. Candidate must be eager to learn, grow, and perform responsibilities to the best of their ability.
