Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Case Manager. The Case Manager will be responsible for providing support to attorneys and clients in the management of personal injury matters from sign-up to litigation. This is a full-time position.
Duties:
- Review and analyze documents for accuracy and completeness
- Manage case files, including organizing and maintaining documents
- Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance companies to schedule meetings, hearings, and depositions
- Prepare correspondence and communicate with clients regarding case updates
- Interview clients to gather necessary information for case preparation
- Utilize document management systems, such as Clio, for efficient storage and retrieval of files
Requirements:
- Personal injury law firm experience required
- Strong knowledge of personal injury claim procedures and practices
- Proficient in document preparation and review
- Familiarity with practice management systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to conduct effective interviews with clients
