• Provide a pleasant first experience for on-site visitors in a cordial and receptive manner. .
• Develop activities related to the Front Desk.
• Answer/transfer incoming calls.
• Other Receptionist related activities.

This is an on-site position(8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday).

Special Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• Professional demeanor and approach
• Organization and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Education Required:

• High School Diploma

Experience Required:

• 1-3 years of experience as Receptionist in business office
