• Shadow members of the Accounting department as they perform their duties.
• Assisting with research, filing, data entry, and recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records.
• Provide support on Accounts Payable (AP) duties, such as processing AP transactions, entering vendor invoices, and matching invoices to purchase orders.
• Assist with Accounts Receivables (AR) duties by preparing invoices and processing incoming payments.
• Provide support with the Purchasing process and office supplies. 
• Preparation of project control reports.
• Handle sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity.
• Other job duties and special projects as assigned or requested.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Actively enrolled in a college program preferably seeking degree in Accounting/Finance

• Excellent customer service and communications/interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees and managers, and external contacts.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to perform a variety of concurrent tasks and is process-orientated with high attention to detail.
• Must understand and apply prioritization to work and projects with a strong ability to time manage.
• Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint.
