MS Park Construction LLC is Hiring a Facility Manager Near Winder, GA

The Facility Manager is responsible for leading all facilities activities at the site, including any maintenance, repair, and upgrade projects of the buildings, equipment, and grounds.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of all manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
  • Coordinate with external service providers for specialized equipment maintenance.
  • Supervise the maintenance and upkeep of the manufacturing facility, including buildings, utilities, and grounds.
  • Implement improvements to enhance facility efficiency, safety, and aesthetics.
  • Manage facility renovations and expansions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols in the manufacturing environment.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions as require
  • Develop and manage the facility budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
  • Source and negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers.
  • Develop and implement emergency response plans for various scenarios.
  • Lead and supervise a team of maintenance and support staff.

Requirements:

  • Heavy lifting and safely maneuvering of over 50 lbs.
  • Must be physically able to stand, bend, kneel, climb for extended periods.
  • Minimum 5 experience in facility management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual: Russian and English
