What You Will Do: Deliver legendary service by managing auto insurance physical damage claims with efficiency and expertise. Investigate, evaluate, and resolve basic claims in compliance with regulatory requirements and company best practices. Collaborate closely with management, operating within given authority levels to make informed claims decisions. Maintain accurate and detailed records of claims activities using our specialized systems and procedures. Provide accurate interpretations of policy coverage, ensuring members are thoroughly informed and supported throughout the claims process. Negotiate settlements with fairness and proficiency, upholding our high company standards for member satisfaction and regulatory compliance. What You Will Bring: A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not mandatory for consideration. No prior claims handling experience is required, making this an ideal position for motivated individuals seeking to enter the insurance field. Moderate computer literacy, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, to facilitate efficient work management. Exceptional organizational skills with a keen focus on detail, enabling you to juggle various tasks seamlessly. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with members and providing clear, concise information.
