MRW Lawns, Inc., a Green Group Company, is looking for associates to join our family with a strong work ethic, good customer service skills to assist customers in selecting lawn care and exterior pest control services for their homes throughout the Southern Maryland area.

Main Job Responsibilities:

• Customer interactions by phone and occasionally in person
• Answering and generating high call volumes
• Customer account documentation after interactions
• Data entry from unsold leads for marketing purposes
• Scheduling and rescheduling estimates or walkthroughs for customers
• Reports and Data collection
• Customer Retention Skills
• Accounts Receivable & Collections
• Account activation
• Dependability - Follows directions, responds to management direction; completes tasks on time
• Teamwork – Contributes to a positive team environment and works well with others to meet deadlines

Annual Salary:

· $33,000.00 - $35,000.00
