Responsibilities: - Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand. - Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by ensuring all dishes are washed and put away promptly. - Keep the dishwashing area clean and safe. - Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed. - Support other kitchen staff as needed during peak times. Skills: - Ability to clean efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of proper sanitation regulations. - Experience in a hotel, culinary, kitchen, catering, or food service environment is a plus. - Familiarity with food preparation techniques. - Ability to work well under pressure in a team setting. - Understanding of banquet and catering operations. - Previous experience as a cook or in hospitality is beneficial.
