MRN, Ltd. is looking for a Resident Relations Coordinator in Cleveland, Ohio!

Job Overview:

Our Resident Relations Coordinator will be an hourly, non-exempt employee. This position has a 90-day probationary period.

A Resident Relations Coordinator will be asked to perform the following duties:

Participate in community customer service events and resident programs
Facilitate retention process, including renewal of paperwork
Collect delinquent account balances, serve balance due notices for current/past residents, and send balance to collection company
Process resident applications, lease documents, and related paperwork
Inform residents on policies and procedures
Resolve resident issues in a professional and timely manner
Send and follow up on lease renewal letters
Assist residents with moving in/out
Conduct apartment tours when needed
Post utility charges in property management software
Collect rent, manage financial and leasing reports, and ensure a balanced rent roll
Ensure information regarding resident issues, requests, and complaints are handled and accurately noted in property management software
Perform community inspections to ensure aesthetics are maintained to company expectations
Assess apartments after a resident has moved out and process move out disposition charges if needed

Mandatory Requirements

Ability to lift 15 pounds and maneuver up and down stairs
Flexibility to work Monday through Friday, 8:30AM to 5:30PM, with select evenings and weekends as needed
Minimum 1 year of leasing or relevant sales or customer service experience
Proficient in MS Office and other computer applications

Preferred Experience/Knowledge

Knowledge of Property Management Software - Yardi Vogayer/RentCafe or quick ability to learn
Associates Degree
