MRN, Ltd. is looking for a Maintenance Technician II at Doubletree by Hilton, The Tudor Arms Hotel in Cleveland, Ohio!

Our Venues draw inspiration from the energetic atmosphere of the trendiest areas in Cleveland and provide a wide variety of engaging experience.

Job Overview:

Our Maintenance Technician II will be paid $18.00 per hour and be a non-exempt employee. This position has a 90-day probationary period.

A Maintenance Technician II will be asked to perform the following duties:

Attend regular facilities and management team meetings
Upkeep mechanical areas using established procedures, industry protocol, and quality standards
Ensure guests satisfaction by resolving issues quick and efficient
Maintain and troubleshoot complex plumbing, mechanical, electrical, heating, cooling, ventilation, fixtures, painting, wall cover repairs, light carpentry, door and window repairs
Retain a progressive knowledge of all maintenance programs
Accomplish all periodic projects and inspections assigned
Complete all work orders and maintenance requests in a timely manner and report progress
Assign and review quality of work
Enforce company policies and directives
Order needed supplies and tools to maintain inventory
Generate and submit maintenance reports regularly
Learn and utilize the asset management program of the hotel

Mandatory Requirements

High School diploma or GED
2-3 years of diverse and progressive maintenance experience and/or related training in a hotel environment
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to lift 50 pounds, work in confined spaces, stand on feet for extended periods of time, work in changing environmental conditions, and climb, crouch, kneel, and maneuver up and down stairs, ladders, tight spaces and scaffoldings with no difficulty

Reliable means of transportation

Preferred Experience/Knowledge

Familiarity with Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel
