Bauer North America is expanding its sales force and seeking experienced Irrigation and Slurry Sales Managers to join our team.

Our product line includes the renowned Bauer Rainstar traveling irrigation machines, center pivots, FAN and Bauer manure separators , Bedding Recovery Units, and a comprehensive line of slurry pumps and mixers.

These positions will primarily support and expand our sales network in North America through the active sale and marketing of the Bauer Groups irrigation and manure handling equipment. Territory Sales Managers are being sought for various regions throughout North America.

A successful track-record in agricultural equipment sales is required.

An agricultural background and sales experience with traveling irrigation reels, center pivots, manure handling equipment, or food processing equipment is highly preferred.

50% travel for territory development, sales calls, and trade shows will be a requirement for success in this position. International travel will be required on occasion.

Complete product training will be provided at our Austrian factory after hire. Valid passport and driver’s license required.

This is a remote position. Candidates must reside within their assigned territory.

This position will report to the North America Sales Director.
