Located in the heart of Boston, Meridian Realty Group is a full-service real estate firm serving the greater Boston area. We specialize in property management services for properties of all sizes, residential real estate sales & rentals, and construction, renovation & routine maintenance services.
The Role:
Responsible for the Property Management functions of Meridian Realty Group and to lead its staff, be a resource to residents by providing timely and accurate information in an efficient manner. The Property Manager will work directly with the CEO and be a key member of the team.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for the management of many assocations and will support the other sites included in this portfolio as needed
- Your duties will include staff supervision and leadership, completing audits, qualifying applicants for new occupancy, waitlist management, rent collections, legal management, unit and common area inspections, collaboration with the maintenance team to complete apartment turnovers & work orders, resident relations, and overall office management
Qualifications:
- Previous experience at a Property Manager-level is required for consideration in this role
- 5 - 10 years of related work experience, preferably in multifamily property management or real estate
- Proficient computer skills, including operating a Windows-based environment, Excel, word processing, etc
- 2 years supervisory experience required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand priorities and shift priorities as necessary
- Ability to work with a minimum of supervision – must be highly motivated and self-directed
- Ability to appropriately use initiative in all aspects of the job
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
