Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Maintenance professional to join our team. As the Lead Maintenance, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of maintenance operations within our facility. This is a full-time position that requires expertise in various maintenance tasks, including high voltage and low voltage systems, schematics, HVAC, and facilities management.

Responsibilities:

- Perform root cause analysis on equipment failure as part of repair process to understand and implement long term/standardized solutions.

- Work with team to perform all job duties including preventative maintenance and repair on all company equipment

- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and address them proactively

- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations

- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal equipment performance

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory

- Fabricate or modify parts as needed to support maintenance operations

Experience:

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

- Proven experience in industrial maintenance or a related field

- Strong knowledge of high voltage and low voltage systems

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and technical drawings

- Familiarity with HVAC systems and their maintenance requirements

- Excellent troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve complex issues

- Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal

- Experience in facilities management is a plus
