The Role:

As the Lead Foreman, you will be the driving force behind our Florida operations. Your experience in commercial roofing combined with your bilingual skills will lead our service and production teams to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Build and lead a high performing service team and production team, fostering a collaborative and results driven culture.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring projects are executed flawlessly and meet or exceed client expectations.
• Strategic Insight: Contribute to the company’s growth strategy by identifying opportunities for process improvement, resource optimization, and market expansion.

Requirements:

• Proven Experience: Showcase your track record in commercial roofing management, coupled with your ability to communicate fluently in English and Spanish.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37.00 - $44.00 per hour
