Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Construction Estimator. The Estimator will be responsible for daily tasks associated with construction estimating, quantity take-offs, cost management, communication, and budgeting. The Estimator will be working on multiple projects at the same time and must be able to manage their time effectively.
Qualifications
Construction Estimating and Quantity Take-off skills
Cost Management skills
Excellent communication skills
Budgeting skills
Experience in construction is required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related fields
Experience with software such as Bluebeam, Plan Swift, or Procore is a plus
