Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal.
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents and conducting legal research.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a legal team.
• Familiarity with case management software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Understanding of legal procedures and regulations related to personal injury cases.
• Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field preferred.

Personal Injury Paralegal

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial client interviews to gather case details and assess needs.
• Organize and manage medical records, including obtaining necessary documentation.
• Draft legal documents and correspondence such as complaints, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.
• Assist in case preparation for trials, depositions, and mediations by gathering evidence and preparing exhibits.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies to facilitate case progress.
• Conduct legal research to support case strategies and arguments.
• Assist in case investigation activities, including interviewing witnesses and gathering evidence.
• Prepare trial materials and assist attorneys during courtroom proceedings.
• Ensure compliance with legal and procedural requirements throughout the case process.
• Collaborate with attorneys and other legal professionals to provide comprehensive support in personal injury cases.
