- Performs functional and specific mechanical, electrical and electromechanical test, and records results.
- Examine parts for conformance.
- Learn to use high voltage test equipment in controlled environment.
- Read and understand wiring diagrams and other manufacturing assembly drawings and instructions.
- Work with others to test modules and subassemblies, connecting mechanical and electrical controls, cabling, power sources and measurement instruments.
- This position requires excellent oral and written communication skills in order to interact with other employees to help improve the testing process.
- Recommend changes in test methods or equipment for engineering review.
- Minimum A.S., A.A.S. or equivalent experience preferred with work experience in electronic technology, troubleshooting, and repair of electronic modules and/or systems
- Substance abuse screening required prior to employments
- 40-hour work week, on site, with some overtime
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
