Requirements

Primary Duties:

• Run our location operations alongside our Management team to ensure a smooth process for staff and customers. You will be responsible for properly opening and closing locations, handling conflicts, employee scheduling, metrics reporting, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized location and adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Interview, hire, onboard, evaluate, and train employees. 
• May be required to go to multiple locations in Virginia and Maryland
