Position Type / Standard Work Hours: Full-time/40 hours per week
Summary / Objective:
- Acts as the Strategic Initiatives (SI) Training Coordinator to assist the Strategic Initiatives Team Lead within the Enterprise Planning (EP) directorate of the F-35 JPO
- Supports the JPO Training Program by maintaining the current offerings and assisting to expanding the scope of the program for better support of the personnel and organizational strategies of the JPO
- Provides administrative support for JPO-wide training programs
- Assists in developing and executing annual plans for training in support of the overall JPO objectives
- Coordinates with sources of training, assists in managing the training budget and helps schedule programs that deliver focused and relevant training to JPO personnel
- Assists in management and execution of funding actions for training with internal financial managers and external agencies
- Master’s Degree in Science, Engineering, Business Management, or related discipline, plus 10 years related work experience OR a Bachelor’s Degree plus 4 years additional related work experience
- Experience in the management of training programs Program management or equivalent experience; minimum of two (2) years of experience major MDAP program to include program level access
- Experience with Microsoft Office products
- Experience with Special Access Programs
