Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability
- Train and supervise store staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Conduct regular inventory counts and manage stock levels
- Collaborate with other store managers to share best practices and drive overall success

Skills:
- Proven experience in retail management, with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus, as it allows for effective communication with diverse customers and staff
- Strong cash handling skills, including the ability to accurately process transactions and reconcile cash registers
- Excellent store management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities, and ensure smooth operations
- Ability to effectively sell products or services, utilizing persuasive techniques to drive sales
- Proficiency in payroll management, including processing employee hours and ensuring accurate compensation
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable deals with suppliers or vendors
- Experience in sales management, with the ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve targets
- Ability to conduct employee orientations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities
