Our plumbing service company is looking for friendly team players to join our group of customer support specialists in our Independence office.
This position is in an inbound call center setting where we are responsible for making the best possible first impression on all of our customers. In addition to this, the following responsibilities may be required:
Calling leads through our software company to schedule service
Answering phone calls in a timely manner throughout the duration of your shift
Answering and corresponding with customers through our customer service email box
The ideal candidate would have open availability including evenings until 10pm and weekend shifts.
No experience necessary, we will train!
