- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Proficiency to navigate tablet based technology
- The ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds on a repetitive basis, and up to 100 pounds on an occasional basis without assistance and the physical ability to perform strenuous work under varied circumstances
- At least 1 – 2 years of appliance repair (or similar) experience preferred ie HVAC, commercial appliance, electronics repair, etc
- Working mechanical knowledge, including the use of tools and test equipment and the ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics
- Must complete all technician training courses within required time frames
