**Description:**

Due to promotion, Global University has an opening in the Academic Affairs department for a full-time (40 hours per week) Assessment and Exam Support Specialist. Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with some flexibility possible. The function of this position is to provide support for institutional research, evaluation, testing, and assessment with an emphasis on exam creation, management, delivery, support, and analysis. **Qualifications:**

Applicants should have: Experience and knowledge of computer programs, such as Excel and Word, and have the ability and desire to learn new software programs. Strong customer service orientation to quickly respond to exam issues. Ability to manage several projects simultaneously. Self-motivation and dependability. Strong organizational skills. Additionally, we prefer someone that has a bachelor's or master's degree in educational research, educational psychology, business management or research, or instructional development.
