**Description:**

Global University has an opening in the Testing and Measurement Department. The basic function of this position is to provide support for institutional research, evaluation, testing, and assessment with an emphasis on exam creation, management, delivery, support, and analysis.

**Qualifications:**

BA or MA degree in educational research, educational psychology, business management or research, or instructional development is preferred. * Have experience with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word. * Ability to learn new software programs quickly. * Have a strong customer service focus. * Be able to work on several projects simultaneously. * Be dependable.
