SUMMARY OF POSITION: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for participating in the Total and Preventive Maintenance (TPM) for all
equipment and facilities.

Qualifications
Technical School - Area of Study: Specialization in Maintenance, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or similar.
*Equivalent work experience may also be considered for this position.
Required Qualifications (Experience Level, Skills, Knowledge) 3 Minimum Years of Experience with Maintenance / Engineering. 1-3 Minimum Years of Experience within the automotive industry. Must be able and willing to travel and work at customer sites, including industrial manufacturing plants which might require climbing, lifting, or working in confined spaces. Ability to read and understand hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic prints. Ability to troubleshoot electrical issues – 24v dc, 120v, 240v, and 3 phase electronic circuits. Experience operating basic shop tools. High level of mechanical aptitude. Proven ability to undertake tasks of substantial variety and/or complexity, which require an extensive knowledge of fabrication/processing techniques, tools, materials, machines, and equipment. Ability to work in matrix organization. Additional Highly Preferred Qualifications Journeyman Electrical License.
