• 7 years of progressive experience in marketing, with 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven success in developing and executing effective marketing strategies that drive business results.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor team members.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Experience in FinTech and / or creative spaces.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and content marketing best practices.
• Previous experience in global or international marketing.
• Certifications in relevant marketing disciplines.
