Primary Responsibilities:

• Be a welcoming face of MowerWorx and greet customers
• Efficiently handle incoming calls and proactively communicate with customers
• Quoting new equipment, calling and follow ups with leads
• Assist customers with financing paperwork
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions
• Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
• Register warranties on sold units

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Parts lookup and retail parts sales
• Check in/out customer's equipment through the service department as needed
• Call customers with estimates, or when their equipment is ready to pick up through the shop

Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in equipment sales
- Knowledge of retail math and ability to perform basic calculations
- Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with customers
