Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Cashier/Sales Associate. As a Cashier/Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing transactions, and promoting our products. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Duties:
- Operate the cash register and POS system to process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments with precision
- Assist customers in finding products and provide product information
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Answer phone calls and address customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- Promote sales by suggesting additional items or upselling products
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations

Skills:
- Experience with operating a cash register and POS system
- Strong phone etiquette skills
- Knowledge of jewelry sales is a plus
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Excellent sales skills and ability to meet sales targets
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Fluency in multiple languages is an asset
- Familiarity with technical sales is desirable
