REMOTE-FIRST CULTURE!
THE ROLE
Let’s cut to the chase: If you are an innovative creative leader with a social-first mindset, who has experience working on everything from short-form video content to big idea campaign platforms, and is looking for an opportunity that will allow you to flex some big ol’ innovation muscles and creative leadership skills, well….this job might be right for you.
As a Group Creative Director, you are the optimistic and tireless creative force leading the team to create culturally-tuned-in work that wows clients and impresses the industry. You are a client whisperer, a trend-miner, a fierce collaborator and an inspiring mentor. You foster an environment of innovation and mind-blowing creativity, inspiring your teams to do the best work of their careers. You have a keen eye for social-first storytelling, and a penchant for work that lives at the cross-section of entertainment and advertising, ranging from viral social content to headline-grabbing campaigns and years-long campaign platforms.
Oh yeah, and you’ve got those superb verbal, written communication, and presentation skills that have got your creative team clamoring for mentorship and guidance from you.
As a culture-scraper and creative mover and shaker, this GCD will be responsible for setting the vision for how the brands we work with show up across every touchpoint (across social, digital, experiential, OOH and more). You will oversee a variety of clients’ creative work, and will work in partnership with account and strategy leaders to not only grow those accounts, but also innovate and develop award-winning work that keeps clients coming back for more. You are a fierce collaborator, working alongside Strategy, Production, and Influencer team leaders to create and catapult complex social-first creative into reality, from presentation to production. You enjoy mentoring your team as much as you enjoy collaborating with clients in solving unique challenges, and you approach it all with an optimistic, joyful attitude.
This role will report directly into CCO and Co-Founder Geoffrey Goldberg. Fun Fact: Geoffrey spent a former career as a Broadway performer, and is now recognized as an industry thought-leader, as a Creative 100 and Creative 40 under 40. He brings a unique perspective on the convergence of Advertising, Entertainment and Creator Culture.
