Movado is Hiring a Project Management Administrator Near Paramus, NJ

Job Description:


Job Summary:

Responsible for managing multiple project budgets, timelines, and deliverables related to retail fixture, display, and packaging production. Works in a collaborative role with the brands and as liaison with external supplier resources acting with a proactive and analytical solutions-oriented approach to problem solving to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and meet quality standards. Is a highly organized planner, excellent communicator, negotiator and team player.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Act as a vital link between the brands and the creative and production teams at outsourced POS/display provider.
  • Attend brand/region marketing meetings and provide creative guidance to the outsourced production team to optimize prototyping, bidding and production processes.
  • Ensure competitive pricing in collaboration with the outsourced POS/display team through overarching strategy for sourcing and optimal supplier selection.
  • Review rounds of prototyping prior to presentation to brand leaders.
  • Review the competency of production suppliers in new territories (India, Brazil).
  • Create project timeline with outsourced provider and mark key milestone dates to keep project on time
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and point of escalation for account team issues.

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of hands-on production or creative project management experience across multiple, high-volume or high-complexity situations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience.
  • Project and people management skills.
  • Strong business and financial acumen and decision-making ability.
  • Experience of effectively navigating tough conversations.
  • Proactive and analytical solutions-oriented approach to problem solving.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Aptitude in learning new technology for application in a professional environment.
  • Track record of continuously meeting or achieving established goals.
  • Ability to adapt across a wide range of business scenarios, including fast-paced environments.
