As a member of the Hospital's senior management team, the Assistant Chief Nursing Officer (ACNO) will participate in functional decision-making processes necessary to the successful attainment of the hospital's mission in addition to maintaining an awareness of changes in healthcare clinical matters that could have an impact on the success of the hospital.The ACNO will oversee multiple departments within the hospital as assigned. This position reports directly to the CNO and in the absence of the CNO, the ACNO may be required to interpret hospital policy and provide guidance.As part of the CNO Development Program, this position will require relocation outside of Laredo, TX within an acceptable timeframe for promotion/transfer.
