Position Summary:This is a key position for Mountain View Pain Center and its affiliate companies. It is a fast-paced environment, and the right candidate must be able to wear multiple hats and work on multiple tasks simultaneously. The incumbent will need to be flexible yet comfortable with routine, and capable of looking for improved efficiencies and implementing new systems. They must establish and nurture relationships within our organization. The individual must be self-directed, as well as work as a team player in their activities. The ideal candidate will have proven skills that include experience in banking, accounting, computerized bookkeeping, general computer experience, and excellent administrative skills.

*** Very strong proficiencies in QuickBooks Desktop and Microsoft Office are a must***
Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintaining books and accounting records of financial transactions and documenting transaction details for operating company and several other LLC’s
• Accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Ensuring accounts payable are paid in a timely manner
• Reconciling expense reports against credit card accounts
• Working with procurement to ensure purchasing is within company guidelines
• Record keeping and or filing of bills/invoices
• Conducting monthly reconciliation of bank and credit card accounts
• Assembling information and preparing reports for external auditors
• Maintaining vendor W9’s and year-end report submission to CPA
• Communication with management, department heads and vendors

Minimum Experience & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience and proficiency using QuickBooks
• Minimum 3 years’ experience and proficiency with full-cycle Accounting
• Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Able to maintain strict confidentiality
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Collaborator and independent worker
• Ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing

Pay: $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
